Yesterday was our visit to El Bosque, one of the "Pueblos Blancos" of Spain. Beyond the old houses in town is the national park Sierra de Grazalema, a sustainable development project where mountain goats still roam wild and naturalists and adventurists seek endangered species and mountain climbing. In Zahara de la Sierra, an ancient lakes reflect the castles and fortresses erected in the time of the frontier between Moors and Christians. In the Pileta Cave, megalithic constructions still stand and cave paintings can be observed. Footpaths connect the sites around and within the park, where you can splunk, hand-glide, parasail, kayak, raft, cyle, mountain bike, and horse ride.
Figs :)
